Let us take your group and turn them into Southwestern Chefs as they create homemade Salsa and select two other items to make (Quesadillas, Guacamole, or Margaritas)! We will coordinate your group into cooking teams and give them 10 inch paper chef hats and aprons so they all look and feel like chefs. Teams will also need to create a billboard and present their creations in a commercial to a panel of judges. Our official tasting judges will be scoring each team on taste, label design, commercial and overall presentation. A combined score from the judges will give us our “Champions” of the day who will walk away with a themed prize. Let us take care of sound and music coordination, master of ceremonies, judges, team coordination, fresh ingredients, supplies and the awards. We will make your ssouthwest food challenge a spicy experience!
