Child Crisis Center / Crisis Nursery is committed to preventing child abuse and neglect. We accomplish this by supporting and strengthening families through education and intervention, by providing a safe environment for children to heal, and by recruiting, training and supporting foster and adoptive families.  The Valley’s longest-serving Children’s Shelter provides a safe haven for children threatened with abuse and neglect and a life-line for parents facing emergencies that pose risks to their children’s well-being.
