The overall goal of this event is to build and design a functional putting hole while sharpening your teamwork skills. Each team will get the same basic supplies including; plywood, 2×4’s, green Astroturf, cordless screwdriver, screws, and a putting cup. Teams will be able to bring wood to our facilitated cut station to get parts cut for their golf hole. Teams will also be able to visit our “Golf Design Shop” to get different items to make their hole different from the rest. After the building is completed judging of each hole will begin. Each hole will be judged on creativity, functionality, difficulty, and overall hole design. Teams will get to explain their hole to the entire group. After the judging is complete each team will send one representative to each hole to compete in a mini golf putting tournament for the best score. Teams will be scored on their golf putting performance, design and creativity of their hole, and team flag as well as their theme and originality.
