Teams are challenged to grill the most flavorful BBQ dish using the meats provided, various spices, oils, and produce.  Teams will have to create a “billboard” marketing their product.  They will have to design a name, slogan, logo, and come up with a theme to market their BBQ.   What would a Tailgate BBQ be without games! Join in on the fun and challenge other teams to participate in games such as Ladder Ball, Corn Hole, GIANT Jenga, GIANT Beer Pong and more!
