As guests arrive they will be escorted to their team tables. Once everyone is ready we will begin the culinary experience. Each team table will be equipped with pots, pans, kitchen tools, and a Brown Bag filled with all of the food items they are required to prepare their team entree. Each team will have the same exact items to work with, the challenge is to create a unique culinary entree.
During this culinary experience your “Iron Chef” host will give a play by play of each team’s progress. The judges will be scoring on taste, plate presentation, the creativity of the ingredients, and best all around dish. Remember a good chef is a clean chef so table presentation is also important.
Judges will also be looking for creativity, humor, originality, execution and how well they present their entree. Teams will have to work together to complete all tasks on time. A combined score of the tasting and entree presentation will give us our Iron Chefs of the day, and will walk away with themed prizes.
